We seek a Founder’s Associate to work directly with our leadership team and drive critical business and operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll be able to wear many hats and tackle various high-priority projects. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the CEO to set and execute strategic priorities, including project planning, licensing and IP management, and drive operational improvements.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with potential partners and clinical collaborators to support growth initiatives.
  • Owning Operations: Streamline day-to-day business operations, implement tools and processes, and solve complex operational challenges to drive efficiency across finance, HR and internal operations.
  • Investor Relations: Assist in creating materials for board meetings and investor reporting.

Education & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in venture capital, start-ups, or operational roles (e.g. internships) in high-growth companies OR a track record of entrepreneurial engagement via studies.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Notion and project management software.
  • Interest in developing coding, data analysis, or automation skills (Python is a bonus).
